If you want to see one of our doctors for maternity care, please complete the following form or call us at 604-875-3436. We accept new patients that live in Vancouver and have provincial insurance coverage.

We will contact you by phone within 1 week to arrange an appointment with one of our doctors. We tend to book 2-to-3 weeks ahead for new appointments.
